Process Description
FEC Technologies was hired by Frick Company to engineer and manufacture a control system for the brine water refrigeration system they were supplying to Quilmes Brewery in Argentina. The engineered system provided control and sequencing of the refrigeration system which included the following equipment:

• Four (4) refrigeration screw compressors
• Eight (8) condenser fans
• Four (4) brine refrigeration pumps

Project Description
Utilizing a description of operation, equipment list and P&ID, FEC provided complete system design, construction and programming including:

• Control system design and equipment specification
• Control panel design and wiring schematics
• Control logic and PLC programming
• HMI (Wonderware) graphical interface and historical trending programming
• Factory simulated test at FEC
• System start up in Argentina
• System O & M documentation
